First Caveman Training Circuit

We had the first Australian Caveman Training Circuit this weekend and it was a huge success, 12 people experienced the circuit put together by the Trainers from The TOUGHSPOT Training Centre in Stafford.

Caveman Training Circuit is not as good as Caveman Training one on one, as the focus is on the whole group and its sometimes difficult to correct everyone’s technique and form. I guess the longer the participants stick to it the better they get at their form. We had a challenge thrown in the circuit and Ray who has been doing Caveman Training with Executive Results for a while now won the challenge.
